Christmas at office. The pantry is limited in cooking utensils/gadgets. Meals have to be on a easy assemble/boil/steam mode. Turkey roasting via broiler (brought from home) placed on top of a stock pot. Side dishes of steamed sweet potatoes, roasted pumpkins, mushroom pie. Also salad to complement-the colors were just amazing and brightened the dining table. Served with a squirt of Japanese mayonaise. Yummy!
