Lilies were in bloom in the garden. It was brought indoors to enjoy the cool air-cond. Sight of the flowers sent me into regrets for I have given away one of red velvety color and it was a gift from Indonesia.
I remembered my trip to Hong Kong just after Chinese New Year few years back whereby a pot of white flowers would occasionally be seen at most offices/shops. Some companies have budget for fresh bouquets to be delivered on a weekly basis; some companies would just have dried flowers arrangements which over a period of time would be full of dust upon closer inspection. Yucks!
Now I am thinking of planting some hibiscus to add into my salads. I read that few hibiscus soaked in water for some hours would be a great treatment for dandruff. Apply on as hair rinse.
I need green fingers .....
