Called in the aircond men to fix in a new one for the old has broken down. The weather is so hot and I just can't think straight. Wondered if they did a good job as the horsepower of the old and new aircond differs. And they told me that there's insufficient gas and I need to buy some. How do I know if they are telling the truth? I can't and sometimes, somehow, we as consumers will just have to pay for our ignorance.
Friend was wonderinng why I bothered to clean the cans and bottles as part of my green lifestyle and succumbing to aircond. Blame not me but the weather! I remember my growing up years without aircond; the places airconditioned were the cinemas and some restaurants.
I do wish winter would come ....
